RACE RULES :

No headphones are allowed at any time during the race.

Participants must follow the course.

No unsportsmanlike conduct.

Participants MUST wear helmet (buckled) when on the bike.

When riding, keep to the right of the bike path and pass on the left.

There is NO blocking the bike path (participants must allow others to pass).

Participants must mount and dismount bike at "dismount line".

There is NO cycling in transition area.

Participants must return bike to assigned spot.

There is NO outside assistance allowed in the transition area
